Self-contained Hydraulic Pressure Generator - CrystalCalXP
The GauGeCaLXP™ is a self-contained, precision hydraulic pressure generator intended for the calibration of pressure gauges rated up to 700 bar or 10,000 PSI. Two pressure ports are provided. Connect a reference grade gauge on one port (we recommend an XP2i from Crystal Engineering) and the gauge to be tested on the second port. Rotate the handle clockwise until the desired pressure is generated. Then, compare the displayed pressure values between the reference gauge and the gauge under test.

With a small footprint of just 174.9mm x 428.8mm (7" x 17"), the GaugeCalXP can be
mounted just about anywhere, and easily moved from one location to another.
• Ease of Operation
Pressure is precisely set with a simple turn of the handle, allowing you to calibrate gauges quickly
and accurately.
• Performance
The GaugeCalXP is capable of generating pressures up to 700 bar/10,000 PSI. An optional Fine
Adjust accessory is also available from Crystal Engineering.
• Low Cost
Though it offers fast, easy, and accurate gauge calibration, the GaugeCalXP costs much less than
deadweight testers and automated pressure controllers.
• Flexibility
The GaugeCalXP is suitable for use with not only oil, but also with isopropyl alcohol and water,
allowing for the clean and safe calibration of most any type of gauge.
The GaugeCalXP is much, much faster to use than a deadweight tester, and it’s also faster than most automated pressure controllers, but it costs much less than either. It’s so quick and easy to use, it’s ideal to calibrate those low cost gauges that are often overlooked for ISO9000 compliance. The features and performance of the GaugeCalXP make it the perfect solution for even your most demanding gauge calibration requirements.
