Belt Scale 802/902 (Single Idler / Dual Idler)
iSOLV single/dual idler Belt Scale 802/902 consists of:
- A stainless steel weighing frame with a full bridge strain gauge transmitter
- A microprocessor-based integrator, type BW802
- A precision belt speed tachometer monitors conveyor belt speed for input to the integrator (Optional)
It provides continuous in-line weighing for a variety of products in primary and secondary industries. The result is a level construction made from square-section stainless steel tubing that can be used with belt width ranging from 350mm to 1800mm. For dual idler Belt Scale 802/902, we can adjust according to customer’s demand.
Measuring Principle
iSOLV Belt Scale 802/902 works in a way that as the product conveyed over the belt will cause a vertical load on the idler. This force is guided through the weighing frame into a high precision force sensor. A signal converter amplifies the signal and transmits it to the electronics, which can be separated up to 600 m. The electronics’ multiplies the load signal with the belt speed, which is detected via a “heavy duty” tachometer. The electronics displays the feed rate and the totalized quantity simultaneously.

Weighing Station - Type 802/902
The stainless steel weighing station is installed centrally in between the neighboring idlers and then fastens it using u-bolts and an existing idler set, secured to the structural beam.
